BLDGWORKS challenges the traditional model of practice for real estate, architecture, and construction by integrating multi-disciplinary skillsets and being proactive -rather than reactive- in finding new opportunities and challenges to help develop solutions for. Our mission is to leverage the efficiency of the delivery model to develop projects that have a positive and tangible social, environmental and economic result. The old way of developing a project is broken. New technology provides us with the opportunity to do more with less but that can only be realized by also challenging the traditional delivery methodology.

We are always seeking IDEAS. Our objective is to marry those IDEAS with the financing necessary, to the project management required and the design vision, to turn those ideas into reality. We call it Venture Management.
